SARA SINGH, M.D, FAPA

is Founder and President of A Square Group (ASG) a recognized leader in clinical and healthcare solutions. She is responsible for the overall health of the company and leads ASG management with an emphasis on identifying new strategic markets and leveraging relationships with customers and partners.

Under Dr. Singh’s direction, ASG has experienced extensive growth in the healthcare, commercial, and federal markets. Dr. Singh is credited for ASG’s expansion into several new verticals, including the Veteran and Military Health and CMS Medicare markets and expansion in both commercial and government healthcare technology initiatives. Dr. Singh is a Board Certified physician and Diplomate of the Board of Internal Medicine as well as Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. As a practicing physician and a clinical health ‘Informaticist’ she offers a fusion of clinical and technology solutions to her healthcare colleagues who are providing care, at point of service. As a practicing physician, she understands the challenges of disintegrated information by healthcare service providers and offers solutions with an integrated longitudinal patient data.

As a results driven, certified CIO (Chief Information Officer) from GSA (General Services Administration) CIO University, Mr. Singh is a PMP (Project Management Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) – certified professional has influenced and led large, national and multinational organizations toward a modern and more efficient business environment within an industry that has seen declining cost but still having the need for increased revenue.

Mr. Singh has more than 20 years of progressive experience in healthcare business environments with a strong financial and technology management track record in managing national level, large scale programs from inception to closure, while introducing methodologies and integrating new technologies to, improve quality, performance, reliability, and contain cost with full accountability. An expert in Federal government and healthcare / medical business, he has led the consolidation of multiple data centers and help desks to a single national data center and service desk for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) – resulting in cost efficiencies, greater security, and increased productivity and performance.

He brings expertise in working with large, billion-dollar national programs in the areas of IT Infrastructure, applications for healthcare, finance and high volume transactions. Mr. Singh brings to ASG a strong knowledge and experience in program budget and financials, acquisitions, management of healthcare programs, self-service, IT infrastructure, software applications, medical application integration solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) call centers and information assurance.

Mr. Monty D’Ambrosio leads ASG’s HHS programs, dedicated to support of his clients with innovative technology and business solutions that they need to accomplish they need to accomplish their mission.
Monty has over 15 years’ experience in supporting the federal government within multiple components at DHS with the past eight years being focused on delivery of mission critical CMS programs. While at GDIT, Monty was the Project Director for the Retiree Drug Subsidy and Early Retiree Reinsurance Programs. He also led delivery and growth of a 90 million dollar portfolio of CMS and HHS projects spanning multiple Operating Divisions, and Centers while at CSRA and provided oversight to teams in support of the Healthcare.gov and Medicaid.gov websites. Prior to his career in IT project delivery, Monty served in the U.S. Navy for six years, spending four years on the USS Theodore Roosevelt as a nuclear reactor operator

Monty holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland.

Providing Strategy and Oversight of ASG’s Corporate Operations, Willie joined ASG in 2015,bringing to our Leadership Team his more than 27 yearsof experience as aseasoned Senior IT Operations,Project and Program Management professional.

As an integral part of ASG’s Leadership Team, Willie is applying his talents in mentoring and leading employees, developing leaders, promoting technical growth, encouraging new ideas within ASG’s business unit and promoting innovative operational techniques in the streamlining of ASG’s business processes.

Previously with C3 Systems and 7Delta, Inc., Willie has been responsible for structuring, leading, and motivating productive cross-functional project teams consisting of business owners, end users, internal IT professionals, and vendors.His fundamental expertise in leading and managing complex operations & maintenance efforts, PMO support, MIS implementations, and modernization projectsare welcomed assets in supporting ASG’s vision and mission.

As a Maryland credentialed CPA and current holder of an MBI clearance, Willie achieved his MS in Technology Mgmt. (Executive) degree from the University of Maryland University College, a BBA, in Accounting degree at Howard University, Washington, D.C., and an Executive Certificate in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College. He also holds a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist (SA) Certification from the Scaled Agile Academy and PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Nora Collacott

Joining ASG in 2014 as our Finance Controller, Nora oversees all finance and accounting functions. She provides fiscal management oversight and is responsible for budgetary planning and monitoring,accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and taxes, and the general ledger. Her additional duties include oversight of financial management systems, internal controls and reports, provides public policy and economic analyses, project cost estimates, and directs financial performance and audit activities.

Ms. Collacott has over 20 years of experience holding positions as Director of Finance, public accountant, staff accountant and in finance management within Government, Public and Private sector, start-up, small and large corporations ranging in size generating from $10M to $225M in revenue.

Previously with Quarksoft USA as their Director of Finance, she oversaw their financial operations, established internal controls and accounting procedures and provided researchand presentation of accounting recommendations, resulting in an implementation of Quickbooks and ADP accounting solutions. She also worked atSotera Defense Solutions where in addition to her Assistant Controller duties she supervised and managed an accounting staff of 20 professional and clerical personnel.

Ms. Collacott achieved her BS in Accountingfrom Wheeling College, Wheeling, W.Va. and Certified Public Accounting (CPA)credentialing in the State of Maryland.

With over 11 years of IT experience, Ms.Kanagaraj joined the ASG team in 2014. As a primary Program Director her duties include; Program Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Development, Business Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, Client Management, Proposal Management, and Strategic Vendor Management.

Ms. Kanagaraj was previously with Mindlance Inc., where she worked with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) providing Program/Project Management, Mentoring, and Analysis for VistA Enhancements, and major VA initiatives associated with Interoperability, VistA Evolution, Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) integration, and Data Sharing.

Ms.Kanagaraj brings over a decade of IT consulting experience to our team in working with the Veteran Health Administration’s (VHA) Administrative, Clinical and Financial and Health Information Exchange domains. Her additional experience in working on VHA’s various IT projects span from large-scale complex software development, integration, reengineering, to maintenance projects where her garnered knowledge on Clinical Informatics and, Health Care Data Analytics includes developing strategy, process and procedures for capability mapping project.

Ms. Kanagaraj holds Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) and Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degrees. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a certified Professional, Academy of Healthcare management (PAHM).

Doris Alvarez

Joining the ASG team in 2015, Doris bringsto our team over 26 years of IT Systems Coordination / Support, Operations Management, and Healthcare Information Management experience with the United States Military. As a primary Program Director at ASG her duties include; Program Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Development, Business Analysis, Client Management, Proposal Management, and strategic Vendor Management.

Previous to joining ASG, Doris worked for the Navy at Navy Medicine West (DRISO/NMW) as a Naval Management Information Systems Support Agency & Deputy Regional Information Systems Officer. Her service included being a primary interface and representative for NAVMISSA to 12 Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) with a combined value of over $1.2B in Government Information Technology (IT) assets; providing mission critical health care IT services to over 63,000 Navy medicine personnel and 1M eligible beneficiaries through Medical Information systems, Project Management and Services.

Doris has also provided Executive Level IM/IT management for mid-sized to large US and overseas military medical centers that include assignments as Communications Officer and Senior Medical Planner in war zones, Combat Support Hospitals, and various clinics in Kuwait and Djibouti.

Ms. Alvarez’seducation includes; a Masters Information Systems (MIS) in Information Technology, from Naval Postgraduate School; a Masters Business Administration (MBA), from Regent University; a Masters Health Services Administration (MS), from California Health Sciences University, and; a Bachelors Business Administration (BA), Double Major in Management Information Systems, from Wayland Baptist University.

Doris’s certifications include; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Designated Approving Authority System Certifier, Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Health Promotion Director, and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).Doris is also a Chair, of ACT/IAC (American Council of Technology / Industry Advisory Council) and a Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Member
